Description
The original all-titanium SasQuatch river won Golf Digest editors choice (2006). Nike has improved on that design with the new SasQuatch Sumo featuring the same technology as the SQ Max Back CG and Nike PowerBow geometry to produce more forgiveness and greater distance. It has a large breadth-to-face ratio which leads to a much larger and forgiving power spot. The PowerBow technology means that weight has been added to the bottom of the driver to move the centre of gravity lower and further back. This means the Sumo has great Moment of Inertia (4,950 grams per centimeter squared) - the highest in any all-titanium driver. The graphite shaft is a Diamana from Mitsubishi Rayon and is designed to provide better accuracy and distance.

When I used the Sumo it was a joy to hit and my off-centre hits stayed a little straighter the usual, but I could also move the ball left and right if I wanted too.
Hopeless, hated it. Hopeless on the grass. Nuff said.
This club is a monster on the fairways. I loved the accuracy and could draw my drives anytime I wanted. Easily added 30 yards and more to my drives, and it was very hard to miss hit. Sounds like a cannon going off. Heaps of Fun!!
